since May 25, 2018, the GDPR on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) is directly applicable. In order for us to plan and execute your guided tour, event, etc. to your satisfaction, we need and process personal data from you. This includes, for example, your name, address and information that we are concerned with regarding the event you have requested. The Kölner Blickfang takes the protection of personal data very seriously. With this letter, we would like to fulfill our duty to inform you.

Information on the use of your data:

To fulfill our tasks concerning your event, we need and process personal data from them. This is done on the basis of the DSGVO. Art.4 No. 2 DSGVO states that processing includes, among other things, collecting, recording, organizing, storing, adapting, modifying, reading out, querying, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, matching or linking, restricting, deleting or destroying data.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is §29b paragraph 1 of the Tax Code.

Under the conditions of § 32c AO, you have a right to information from the data controller. With regard to the processing of your data, you have a right of objection under the conditions of §32f AO, as well as a right to reports or deletion or blocking, if deletion is not possible, to have access to your data permanently blocked.
